What Is It?

The 2.0 release brought an entirely new capability to MedixSafe Cloud: enrolling, tracking, and managing controlled substances directly from one place — the new Narcotics Management page.

Until now, you could see who accessed a safe. The Narcotics Tracking Module goes a step further and connects that access to what was actually removed and administered during a call. Access and inventory, tied together, automatically.

The module appears for all customers and works with any MedixSafe safe equipped with RFID technology and MedixSafe Smart Tags.

Why it Matters?

Staying compliant with the latest DEA requirements takes more than a locked door — it takes a defensible record of every controlled substance in your Agency. The Narcotics Tracking Module gives you the critical views you need to do exactly that:
