The MedixSafe solution is a fully cloud-architected platform. Your IT organization does not need to manage or maintain any infrastructure. All updates and future feature enhancements are automatically delivered to you through our software releases. In 2024, we delivered incremental value in 6 separate software releases to customers including: 2-person authentication, UI/UX enhancements, new device firmware that detects customer network issues.

Many organizations realize PIN or Badge access alone is not secure. PINs or Badges are often shared between employees, which compromises audit records used with the DEA. Access to each MedixSafe can be customized based on access requirements: Biometrics, Badge, PIN/UserID.
